Growing up in Northeast Portland and serving nearly two decades in public safety shaped Rashida Saunders’ understanding of responsibility, resilience, and the impact leadership has on people, organizations, and communities.
Those experiences led to one question:
Why do some leaders create loyalty while others create compliance?
Today, Rashida explores that question through research, writing, speaking, and leadership education, translating scholarship into practical ideas that help leaders build healthier organizations where people and performance thrive together.
