  • No. Coaching is forward focused and action oriented. While our work is trauma informed and reflective, it is not a substitute for mental health therapy. If therapeutic support is needed, I will encourage you to seek a licensed provider alongside or prior to coaching.

  • Sessions are held virtually. Each conversation is structured yet spacious. We clarify the challenge, examine patterns, and identify practical shifts. You can expect direct feedback, honest reflection, and grounded accountability.
